1) The trip to SEMA is awarded exclusively to the winner at the Tint-Off competition, only if they have used the global product during all the rounds of the competition and wore a global T shirt while competing.
2) The prize includes travel and accommodation for the winner and one accompanying spouse or partner.
3) Hotel accommodation will be provided for the duration of the SEMA event, with check-in on the day before the event starts and check-out on the last day of SEMA.
4) Specific travel dates and accommodation details will be arranged by Global and are non-negotiable.
5) The winner is required to spend a 4 hours every day at the Global Booth, interacting with visitors, giving demos and sharing their techniques.
6) The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
7) In the event the winner is unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited.
8) The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred during the trip that are not covered by the prize, including but not limited to meals, local transportation, and personal expenses.
9) The Global is not liable for any unforeseen expenses or complications related to the trip.
10) The winner and their spouse/partner must comply with all event rules and regulations while at SEMA.
11) Any violation of these rules may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
12) Global reserve the right to cancel or modify the prize in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as travel restrictions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
13) By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to these terms and conditions.
